Nice building and rooms with good facilities. All in all great location, close enough to metro stop, the metro station Santo Tomás, and a taxi. Also, to many Shops a restaurant's.

It was fairly clean inside. The location was GREAT and amazing, not too far away from Avenida Balboa Waterside Road. The hotel was a fantastic base for enjoying a secure area.

Everything was perfect, had a really nice stay by 2 nights. Very helpful and supper friendly staff did a great job. The rooms were perfect and wonderful, with comfy bed. The location was amazing - a few steps away from everywhere we wanted to go. Furthermore, the area was safe.

Loved our time here. Only stayed 2 nights, as we didn't have time, but glad that chose this well-maintained hotel. All of the staff was amiable and outstandingly accommodating. They gave us lovely modern room with good facilities. The food was good for breakfast. The property was in a central setting next to Metro.
Sadly, but there was bad smell in some areas.
